A quintessential Cape Cod spot for lunch or dinner. The menu favors the sea, but in upscale execution. The crab melt sandwich was warm and delicious, oozing with creamy hollandaise sauce, with a bite of Swiss cheese. The swordfish was tender and flavorful, slathered with melting herb better, served stop fresh asparagus. The traditional Grapenut Custard is perfection!

This is a lovely cafe the ambience exceptional the service quick fast friendly but the food omg was outstanding a hidden gem in the cape we will go again keep up the great work you all do it shows !
- One of my top 5 restaurants in Cape Cod; great seafood and some asian fusion options - Ask for the 'special' menu to get more options that are great - Tuna martini and calamari are some of the best appetizers - They have beers on tap, fancy cocktails - You will not be disappointed
I’ve been going to Scargo Cafe for years, despite there being many restaurants on the Cape. It has its finger on the pulse, and the crowds agree. Friendly. Casual but definitely not a “clam shack.” Good food. Good drinks. Experienced servers.
I’ve eaten here many times. Everything I’ve ordered has been delicious. I finally tried the Mongolian pork chop last night and, my lord, it was absolutely fantastic. I wish I would have ordered this sooner. New favorite entree here!
The food is good. The staff is friendly. The root beer, if I'm not wrong is brewed there and tastes great, not like the cheap cola brands. The filet mignon was cooked to the prefect rarity. The potatoes along with those were fantastic, something you would expect thanksgiving to taste like. The greens with those tasted really good too.
Food was wonderful! Nicholas was a very knowledge, kind, attentive and knew the menu inside and out. Everything from drinks to dessert was delicious. Could not have asked for a better meal. And 'The Potter table' turned out to be a great place enjoy each other's company.
This has been a local favorite for several decades. It's easy to see why - a creative menu, excellent food, and a warm welcoming ambiance.
This restaurant is consistently excellent. We have gone there the last 3 years on our visit to Cape Cod. Each and every time, the food was great, and the service was outstanding. It is a nice and peaceful atmosphere. Can't wait until my visit next year.
